Tai-Chi Club
This is a special time for all Tai-chi fans getting together once a week
at Fire Fingher Park. The inviting coaches will rotate to lead the Tai-chi fans to practice Tai-chi
-quan or Tai-chi-sword. And more than that, Tai-chi-san and Wu-dang-sword will also be learned
and practised in future. Why still waiting? Join us immediately. We indeed benifit a lot from
doing this gentle meditative exercise which helps us in improving balance and flexibility.
